- Parking: Private single garage + visitor parking based on availability.
- Occupancy: Standard is 10 guests, maximum is 12.
- Extra guest fee: $50/night per adult.
- Baby gear rentals: Pack & Play, highchair, baby gates, etc. available to rent for nightly fee. Subject to availability.
BOOKING DETAILS
- 1-night deposit due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Stays 28+ nights require 30% deposit upon booking. Remaining balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
- A 3.5% processing fee is applied to credit card payments.
